These terms govern the use of Floweal's global mobility platform. They are maintained by the Floweal team and may be updated. For binding legal notices, write to legal@floweal.com.

By creating a Floweal account, accessing our website or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use Floweal. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Floweal is a global mobility platform that connects tenants, owners, agencies and organizations to find housing, manage relocations and coordinate the documents, payments and communications involved. Floweal is not a landlord, employer, immigration advisor or financial institution. Listings, services and prices are provided by independent third parties, and Floweal is not a party to the contracts you sign with them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Floweal. You agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your credentials confidential and to be responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or appear to involve fraud, abuse or risk to other users.

You agree to use Floweal only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, national and international laws. You will not: post false, misleading or discriminatory content; impersonate others; scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform; upload malware; circumvent payments or contact other users to avoid Floweal's fees; or use the platform to launder money, finance illegal activity or violate sanctions.

Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, for reviewing every contract before signing, and for paying rent, deposits and fees on time. Owners and agencies are responsible for the legality, accuracy and availability of their listings, for honoring confirmed bookings and for complying with housing, tax and consumer-protection law in their jurisdiction. Organizations using Floweal for employee mobility are responsible for the lawful basis to share employee data and for instructions given to the platform.

When you book or accept a service through Floweal, a contract is formed directly between you and the relevant tenant, owner, agency or organization. Floweal may facilitate payments through regulated payment providers; fees, refund rules and cancellation policies are shown before you confirm. Floweal is not responsible for disputes about the underlying service, but we will help mediate where possible.

Use of certain Floweal features is subject to fees. Applicable fees, billing cycles and taxes are disclosed before you commit. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the relevant order or pricing page.

Floweal, its logo, software, designs, text, graphics and the Floweal name are owned by Floweal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant Floweal a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and process it as needed to operate the service.

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors, identity verification providers and analytics tools. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Floweal is not responsible for third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

You may stop using Floweal at any time and close your account from the platform. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees due, intellectual property, liability, governing law) will survive termination.

Floweal is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that listings will be available, that matches will result in a contract or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Floweal and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Floweal in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100).

You agree to defend and indemnify Floweal against claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your content, your use of the platform or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Floweal is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr when applicable.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or in the law. When changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Floweal after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
